Sarah Perrott MSc, FCIPD
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience working with CEOs and senior executives in many well known organisations, with a specialism in HR, Marketing and Retail. She founded Cresco - meaning ‘I grow’ in Latin - in 2009, with the passionate belief that anyone can be successful in the right environment, and with the great desire to help them get there. Sarah and Cresco operates internationally.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, fully accredited with the British Psychological Society, a certified NLP Practitioner, and a licensed HeartMath Provider. She holds an MSc (distinction) in Coaching & Behavioural Change from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and she is an APECS Accredited Executive Coach. She is president of the British Association for Psychological Type.

Leslie Uzor
She is a Recruitment & Resourcing Specialist with qualitative cross-cultural experience across various sectors. Having started her resourcing career with an in-house talent acquisition role and worked with a recruitment agency, Leslie has a rich mix. She has an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Wales and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Dr Angelina Bennet
In her 15 years of experience in the field of occupational psychology, Angelina has worked with both private and public sector organisations developing individuals, teams and organisations. She has extensive experience of both designing and delivering assessment and development centres, as well as being a qualified coach and accredited user of a variety of psychometric tools.
Angelina has a BSc in Psychology with Languages from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Experimental Methods from UCL, an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University, and a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
Her doctoral dissertation focused on developmental coaching, further development of the Myers-Briggs theory, and an evaluation of selection processes for development centres. She is an Ashridge accredited coach and is BPS Level A & B (TUOA & TUOP) certified.
Amanda Holmes
Formerly a director at Unilever Amanda worked for 16 years in a range of Marketing and Sales roles, from operational assignments to leading global strategy. Amanda’s commitment to developing others led her to a role in the Unilever Marketing Academy, where she was responsible for communications strategy and capability development for thousands of marketers. Amanda is a certified NLP Practitioner. She has a BSc in Management Science and holds an MSc (distinction) in Coaching and Behavioural Change from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading. She is fully trained in Media, Presentation, Communication Skills, Creativity and Idea Generation, Project Management and Facilitation.
Sarah Snape
Sarah Snape is a coach and facilitator specialising in leadership development at CEO and senior executive level. After more than 20 years of business experience at board level and as a company owner, Sarah now runs a coaching and consulting company which helps organisations meet their commercial goals by building the capability and confidence of individuals and of teams.
Sarah has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change (distinction) from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading and works for Henley Executive Education Programme. She is a member of ICF.
Alyce Perrott
Alyce is a Researcher and Recruitment Consultant at Cresco, also providing administration support when required. With four years recruitment experience across both agency and in-house, Alyce has worked on a broad spectrum of roles of varying levels of seniority. She speaks fluent Spanish and has recently qualified to use TypeCoach and an online Type tool.
